Residents enjoy chairobics sessions at Woodhurst Care Centre

Residents have been taking part in regular chairobics sessions, bringing movement, energy and plenty of smiles to the home.

Led by members of the care team, the sessions give residents the opportunity to stay active in a way that is comfortable and accessible. With guided movements set at a gentle pace, everyone can take part and enjoy the benefits of light exercise.

There is always a relaxed and positive atmosphere during the sessions, with residents encouraging one another and enjoying the chance to do something together. As well as supporting physical wellbeing, the sessions provide a social opportunity, helping residents connect and share a sense of achievement.

It has been lovely to see residents getting involved, with many saying how much they enjoy the sessions and the boost they bring to their day.
